Hand made art accessories are new fashion statement for modern Indian working women. India has a long tradition of using well-designed handcrafts. These handcrafts materials were exported to various western countries in the past. But now the new generations in India are new technology and knowledge in every field including fashion. A lot of young Indians are working for foreign companies. Indians are now engaged in marketing and advertisements for the product and services of global multi-national companies. Slowly but surely they are being influenced by western cultures and their life styles. But still we feel more comfortable in our traditional dresses and outfits. To develop a traditional Indian working culture in Indian corporate houses, the HR (Human Recourse) departments specify dress code for working women. Dress codes are also applicable for men. Recently some IT companies in Delhi announced a dress code for woman and man for working in day-night shifts. These announcements will increases the sale of traditional dresses like Sarees, and salwar kameezes. If anyone wants to spend a lot of money in shopping to buy couture, fabric accessories to bring a more Indian looks in her personality, there are many options available in the market. A lot of Indian fashion ware shops are flooded with lot of variety of products waiting for shoppers.

In south India, the western wares and accessories are considered immoral. The use of traditional dresses along with traditional accessories makes a bold statement in your personality. On the other hand salwar kameezes are acceptable as they are traditional. We always take the pride in our traditional values to make our fashion statement and clothing. But traditional values are also chancing. We are aping the west. Modern educated youth are earning a lot from new sectors like business process outsourcing. Working twelve or more hours for foreign clients in any business firm influence them to cross the traditional boundary. They demand freedom in their food habit and dressing. When an Indian goes abroad he understands the original traditional values. Many young Indians understand this fact. They don’t give any importance to the western wares. The quality products in our traditional dressing are more comfortable for our geographical condition. The market of Indian dress materials and accessories is now expanded in the fashion capital of Europe and America. The parents are encouraging their children to ware Indian dress. Office going women find tradition dress more comfortable than western wares jeans and skirts. The youth today are willing to pay more importance to Indian tradition preservation.
